E:
If we ignore the top half of the colon, we would have “E.”, which is common seen in many viruses including E.coli, which is usually shaped as an atomic bomb. If we extend a line through the top half of the colon, we would have “E!” which is an entertainment source.
We just had lunch, and the beer of the week was Holsten Maibock. The Maibock brew of Holsten is golden yellow (”golden blonde”) in colour and has a considerably stronger taste than the regular Holstens. In fact, to demonstrate the increase in strength, we see that the Maibock is actually 7.0%, as opposed to the normal 4.0 - 5.0% levels in “regular” beers. The stronger taste was really borderline to disgusting Czech-like bitterness, but when tasted with the rear of the tongue, just as you swallow, a sense of sweetness prevails.
Interesting enough, we had finally tried a honey lager last week (and I forgot to rant all about it). Around last week, we had the Lakeport Honey, which should be a similarity to the Miller Honey only available in 6-packs. Since the Lakeport was available as a single, it was the perfect opportunity in case the “sweet beer” was disgusting. Despite having the word “honey” on it, with a very good-looking honeycomb can design, there wasn’t a distinct honey taste. There was, however, the stickiness of honey in the cup, as well as its smell afterwards. Perhaps if Miller Honey was available in singles, we would have experienced something completely different…something we would have absolutely hated (note: beer should never be sweet?).
