blogONEI was looking around the old used cars sites again, and for some reason, I wanted to check the fuel economy of a 1991 Ford Escort GT. So I typed “1991 Ford Escort +fuel economy” into Google, and I found the Holy Grail of fuel economy information: Fuel Economy dot gov.
I am quite happy that I have this information now, since it means I can buy a used car that won’t be so bad on the fuel next year. Whatever happened to the Honda Insight anyway? I thought it looked pretty sexy, and I think it came out before the Prius?
Either way, I think I am written down to get a used car from somewhere, instead of inheriting the Accord. I’m fine with that I guess…maybe I’ll actually be able to find an old VW TDI car.
