blogONEI haven’t drawn portraits for a year or two, so I shouldn’t have really expected anything near perfect. Even though this is listed as sketch 1, this is actually my second reference picture because I was getting fed up at my failure from my first reference picture (showing I was still incredibly rusty).
If I had a bit more patience for perfection and wasn’t so rusty, I would fix the jaw-line, and basically everything on the face under the eyes.
